Information you provide

The partnership form collects your name, work email, company, role, industry, project stage, application details, optional robot-platform information, and private-briefing preference. Please do not submit confidential information, credentials, patient or health data, or proprietary files.

How we use it

BotForge Labs uses inquiry information only to assess technical fit, respond to your request, and continue a potential business or research discussion. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Service providers

Resend processes the inquiry for email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical anti-abuse signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. These providers may process limited technical information under their own privacy terms.

Retention

Inquiries are not stored in a website database. Delivered emails may be retained in BotForge Labs business email systems while the inquiry is active or as reasonably required for business, security, and legal purposes.

Website analytics and logs

If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, the website records aggregate page and interaction events without advertising profiles. Standard Hostinger server logs may record technical information required for security and reliable operation.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted to us, subject to applicable business and legal retention requirements.
